What is the delivery time for tires and wheels?
The delivery of your tires/wheels will be carried out during the day by our trucks or by transport companies depending on the region. The majority of tires sold will leave our warehouses in 1-2 business days and will be delivered in 2-6 business days depending on product and region availability. For certain tires/wheels exceptionally, the delay can be 2 to 5 days longer depending on the inventory of the warehouse that serves you.
*Allow an additional 48 business hours for tire and wheel assemblies and for a tire stud request.
Do you deliver anywhere in Quebec/Canada?
Pneusecono.com offers winter and summer tire delivery service virtually everywhere in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Only a few areas are not served. You can contact us to find out. For some remote areas, there may be additional delivery charges.
What are the delivery costs?
Tire delivery is free with the purchase of 4 summer or winter tires for most cities in Eastern Canada. Some exceptions apply for more remote areas. For the regions of Montreal, Laval and the Laurentians, delivery can also be made in the evening by our own trucks when the situation allows.
*For tire and wheel sets, given their heavy weight, there may be additional delivery charges for certain regions.
When will I receive my order tracking information?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when the tires leave our warehouses along with information about the shipping company. In this email you will have a tracking number as well as the name, website and toll-free number of the transport company that will have taken charge of your tires when they leave our warehouses.
Important: All shipments must be delivered to the same billing address of your credit card. We cannot send the tires to any other address.
